TT-Line Huckleberry Finn
Start your vacation like an adventure on board our comfortable TT-Line Sweden ferry.
Welcome on board of Huckleberry Finn
The comfortable Sweden ferry has 134 cabins for over 400 passengers. On 9 decks there are 3 vehicle decks (decks 1, 3, 5) and 3 decks with cabins, restaurant, cafeteria, lounge, our TT-Line Shop, casino and sauna as well as the crew decks.
Following a competition for the names of the two sister ships, TT-Line employees in Sweden and Germany selected the names of the two heroes from the famous novels of writer Mark Twain. His masterpiece "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" was published in 1884, in which Huckleberry Finn and his friends experience exciting adventures on, along and in the Mississippi River. They find gold treasures, help escaped slaves and much more.

Technical Specifications
Our Sweden ferry put into service in October 1988, was built at the Schichau Seebeckswerft in Bremerhaven (as "Nils Dacke II") and is powered by four diesel engines. After a conversion in 1993, the ferry operated as "Peter Pan IV" and was renamed "Huckleberry Finn" in 2001. In addition to energy, supplies and equipment, a passenger ship needs large quantities of fresh water for its hotel functions on the Baltic Sea. As soon as fresh water flows from the four large tanks into the ship's system, possible germs are killed by UV light. The entire drinking water runs through this "sterilizer" before it is removed from the ship's taps in the cabins, among other places. After the water has been used for various processes, it is treated and collected on board in biological sewage treatment plants.
