Rebooking

Change your travel date without a rebooking fee
Rebookings are possible up to 24 hours prior to departure (rebooking is only possible as long as you have not checked in)
You can rebook your crossing free of charge under My TT-Line
Multiple rebookings are possible
The price for the Flexibility add-on does not change, if you change your route
Price changes may occur depending on the tariff and the time of the rebooking
Please keep in mind that a handling fee of 15€ will be charged for all manual booking changes made by one of our TT-Line employees

Cancellation

You can cancel your booking online up to 24 hours prior to departure
The Flexibility add-on as a component cannot be cancelled (cancellation is only possible as long as you have not checked in yet)
The amount of the trip’s price minus the price of the Flexibility add-on will be refunded
If only one route of a booking is cancelled, the refund will not automatically be half of the ticket price, as it might be necessary to rebook from a cheaper return tariff to a more expensive SMART-Ticket
Please keep in mind that a handling fee of 15€ will be charged for manual cancellations made by one of our TT-Line employees
