Of course, we can understand that you would like to rebook or cancel your trip due to the current situation and the uncertainty of how the situation will develop in the upcoming weeks and months.

We kindly ask you to rebook or cancel your booking on your own online in our customer area My TT-Line and to refrain from contact requests by e-mail. For editing your booking online, you can simply log-in with your log-in data or without registration by using your booking number and email address.

Please also note our customer service area with information concerning your booking and crossing.

If you are planning to cancel your trip completely please keep an eye on the conditions of your ticket type.

 

Alternatively you can send us your rebooking request via our contact form for rebookings. However, we kindly ask you to use this form only if you have problems with the online rebooking.

Please understand that we are not specialists for detailed information on Corona handling in all EU countries. Our expertise on COVID-19 is limited to the countries we cover, Sweden, Lithuania, Poland and Germany.
