Please note that we do not conduct business with minors. The website is also aimed only at persons aged 18 years or older.

Note for companies
We do not always collect the data of the data subjects directly. If a company or other institution contacts us, it may also provide the contact partner with the details (name, contact details) and data of its lorry drivers (name, nationality, date of birth as well as the expiry date and issuing country of the travel documents working in the Klaipėda service). As data subjects, these contacts partners and lorry drivers are also covered by the data protection law and must be informed accordingly. We ask the companies contacting us to meet this information duty and to make each of our contacts aware of this Data Privacy Notice.
Advertising and objection to advertising, further right to object
Please note that, when you contact us in any other way, we may generally process your data - in contrast to internet data - for direct advertising purposes without consent. In return, the law stipulates that you have a right to object. You may object to the use of your data for direct advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future. Please inform us of this using the contact details provided in the Company Information section. After receiving your objection, we will include your address in an "Exclude from Advertising" file. Collection and processing of data
Below we will explain to you which of your data we process for what purpose and on what legal basis with what storage duration, and which categories of recipients receive your data from us.
We will inform you about the processed internet data (IP address, use data, cookies; also see the section "Internet data, cookies" below), and how content data are used during communication with us (e.g. requests) or contact via our website (e.g. your entries in a contact form).
This also includes personal data which we collect about you, i.e. data concerning your identity, e.g. your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, age group, booking and customer numbers, payment data, travel information (travel routes, travel times and additional travel services), booking history, your news and consent etc. The content data that we collect depend on what you tell us, regardless of whether this is done by post, telephone, fax, email or using input forms or similar. We therefore ask you to consider what information you wish to share with us. If you use forms, we notify you which information is not mandatory but voluntary. You are also not obligated to fill in "mandatory fields", normally labelled as "mandatory" or starred. However, you would not be able to use the relevant service.
Your data will be treated confidentially. Not every employee of our company has access to your data. Employees only receive access to your data where this is required to perform the relevant corporate task.
Service providers whose services we use (e.g. providers of IT, customer services, hosting, data analysis, payment processing, direct advertising) are subject to a relevant non-disclosure agreement. If our company is reorganised, we will pass on your data where this is permitted without your consent and will inform you if this if required; otherwise, we will obtain your prior consent. Moreover, we forward your data in response to requests from governmental bodies if we are legally obliged to do so or if this is legally permissible in our interest.

c) Sending of information concerning our services which you requested or in which you are interested, including personalisation, tailored to your interests in accordance with 6 I 1 f GDPR, in case of consent Art. 6 I 1 a GDPR, storage period of 2 years, starting at the end of the year in which the request is made, unless further contact or transactions occurred in the meantime, or the information relates to a legal relationship between the data subject or his/her employer, transfer only to service providers (service processors), no transfer to third countries
d) Implementation of warranty and compensation obligations in accordance with 6 I 1 b GDPR, storage period of 10 years, starting with the end of the year in which the last transaction occurred, unless longer storage periods are required in individual cases to assert legal rights, transfer only to service providers (service processors), no transfer to third countries
e) Monitoring of compliance with the legal provisions and data protection in accordance with Art. 6 I 1 f GDPR, storage period of 10 years, starting with the end of the year in which the processing transaction occurred, transfer only to service providers (data processors), no transfer to third countries
Use and transfer of personal data
If you have made personal data available on our website, we will use this to answer your queries, to process any contracts concluded with you, and for technical administration purposes. We shall only pass on or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties, if this is required for the execution of the contract or invoicing purposes, or if you have given your prior consent.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw any consent that you have given and demand the deletion of your personal data at any time with effect for the future.
